Refund an Order

After an order is placed on your PhotoReflect storefront your customer may contact you to cancel the order before it has been printed.



Please follow the steps below to cancel and refund an order that was placed on your PhotoReflect storefront. (Please note: Orders that are over 90 days old cannot be refunded.)

  1. Open a web browser and go to www.photoreflect.com.
  2. Log into your PhotoReflect Account.
  3. Click on the ‘Orders tab’.
  4. Search for your order and then click on the order.
  5. Click on the ‘Refund Order’ button which will take you to the Order Refund page.
  6. Once on the Order Refund page click on the ‘Refund Order’ button to cancel and refund your customer’s order. (Please Note: You are required to have a credit card on file to cancel an order. When an order is canceled and refunded you are still charged the e-commerce and credit card processing fees for that order. If we do not owe you a pending payment and/or you have a negative account balance your credit card will be charged for those fees.)

You have now refunded your customer's order that was placed on your PhotoReflect storefront. A refund can take 5-7 business days to appear on your customer's credit card. (Please note: If the order has been sent to the PhotoReflect Pro lab or PhotoReflect Gift lab for printing you will need to contact support@photoreflect.com to cancel the order before it has been printed.)
